We are committed to fostering Black entrepreneurship and career development by providing networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and business resources. Our goal is to empower Black professionals and entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive in Arlington’s economic landscape.

We strive to enhance access to health and wellness resources by partnering with mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Our focus is on reducing stigma, increasing awareness, and ensuring that individuals receive the support they need.

We work to build stronger relationships between the Black community and law enforcement by promoting transparency, advocating for fair policing practices, and supporting community-led safety initiatives. Our goal is to create an environment of mutual trust and respect.

We advocate for equitable access to quality education, ensuring that students receive the support they need to excel academically. We work with schools, educators, and policymakers to bridge gaps in educational opportunities and promote initiatives that enhance student success.

Our council promotes fair and affordable housing opportunities by collaborating with housing organizations, addressing systemic disparities, and advocating for policies that provide stable and sustainable living conditions for Black families.
