Accessibility
Our Accessibility Commitment
We're building a website and a council that everyone can take part in. Here's what we're doing — and how to ask for help.
Readable contrast
We design to WCAG 2.1 AA contrast standards so text is clear for everyone.
Keyboard friendly
Every interactive element works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus state.
Resizable text
You can zoom or increase text size in your browser without losing function.
Screen reader ready
We use semantic HTML and alt text so screen readers can describe every page.
Request an accommodation
Need an accommodation to attend a meeting or event, or to access something on this site? We want to help.
Contact us at cochair@arlingtonbac.com.
Found a barrier?
If something on this site isn't accessible to you, please tell us. We'll work to fix it.
